2011 Membership Fees
The LaSalle Rowing Club now offers one program to all members at a very reasonable price. Membership covers the entire rowing season (April - October) and provides both crew rowing and pick-up rowing (come when you want). Additionally, our Introduction to Rowing (I2R) program is designed to provide a sneak peak into the sport of rowing as well as to encourage new participants to join the club. The Introduction to Rowing fee includes a reduction on the general membership fee as indicated in the table below. Returning members can also take advantage of the Early Bird rate to save even more money.
The LaSalle Rowing Club is a volunteer based club and as such, our members are expected to help participate in club activities and work to help maintain the quality of the club. This simply means that we strongly encourage our members to help care for our boats and from time to time, assist with cleanup and maintenance of the club. In exchange for the assistance of our members, the LaSalle Rowing Club Executive works hard to maintain one of the lowest membership fees in Ontario, and quite possibly Canada.1
